On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were generally friendly despite the hiccups. I saw employees hanging out on the balcony during the bike parade, which felt unprofessional. The experience could definitely use better communication from the staff regarding room issues. Overall, I enjoyed the location but would hope for better cleanliness and service next time.

Plus, the luggage carts were in rough shape, making transportation of bags a hassle. Lastly, navigating the parking garage proved frustratingly tight, especially for larger vehicles.
